The team at Hats & Ladders is providing free access to our career education program for youth and educators who support them–whether you are a counselor, advisor, or teacher tasked with supporting youth from home or a parent or guardian who coordinates remote learning for the learners in your life.

The program is best for high schoolers and college users just starting out, but younger youth (those in late middle school) or even adults will find value in our tools.

Hats & Ladders is a career readiness program that uses up-to-date occupational data, game mechanics, and design thinking to motivate the next generation of career thinkers and doers. Our mission is simple: empower teens and young adults with career-building experiences, skills, and opportunities so they can take small steps now that lead to big leaps later.
